and contact forms, including the Clear the Box photo digitizing service.

We do not collect payment information through our website forms. Payment is handled separately at the time of booking.

Third Party Tools

We use Elenore, a customer relationship management and booking platform, to store and manage your

contact information. This platform is used solely for the purpose of managing our client relationships and scheduling. Your information is not shared with or sold to any other third parties.

Text Message Communications

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you updates about your service, scheduling confirmations, and information about our offerings. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and maintain our business

records. If you would like your information removed from our system, contact us at any time and we will

delete it promptly.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we have on file for you

• Request that we correct any inaccurate information

• Request that we delete your information from our system

• Opt out of text message communications at any time

These Terms of Service govern your use of all services offered by Let's Be Clear Organizing LLC, including professional home organizing and Clear the Box photo digitizing. By booking a service, submitting a form, or allowing us into your home, you agree to these terms.

PART 1: PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZING SERVICE

What Is Included

• Full home organization including closets, kitchens, pantries, offices, and garages

• Custom storage and shelving solutions as a partner of The Container Store

• Cabinet and shelf lining installation

• New home organization setup post move-in

• Personalized organization solutions and product recommendations

• Custom labeling included with every project (vinyl labels priced separately)

• Pre-construction consultation for new spaces

Assessment

Project timelines and costs vary based on the size of the space, the client's decision-making pace, and the desired completion timeline. We do not provide time or cost estimates before completing a full in-home assessment.

Billable Time

We charge an hourly rate for all time spent on your project including on-site time, shopping time, and

research time.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation by phone, text, or email. Emergencies are

handled on a case by case basis.

• Prepaid packages: Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice result in forfeiture of that session. You

may reschedule one session per package without penalty. Unrescheduled appointments within the

package window will be forfeited.

• Hourly clients: A $150 deposit is required at booking and applied to your final balance. Cancellations

with less than 48 hours notice result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-shows: We will wait up to 30 minutes past the scheduled start time. After 30 minutes the session

will be marked as a no-show and the time forfeited.

Payment

All payments are processed securely via credit or debit card through our client portal. Supplies

reimbursement is due within 30 days of invoice. A 5% late fee applies to any outstanding balance after that period.

PART 2: CLEAR THE BOX PHOTO DIGITIZING SERVICE

What Is Included

• Pickup of pre-sorted loose photos from your home in the Houston area

• Careful scanning of all photos provided

• Organization into digital folders based on your labeling and instructions

• Delivery of digital files on a USB drive

• Return of all original photos

What Is Not Included

• Removal of photos from albums, frames, or binders. Photos must be loose before pickup.

• Identification of people, events, or dates. We organize based on your labels only.

• Cloud storage or digital delivery. USB drive only.

• Photo restoration or editing beyond standard scanner output.

• Pickup outside the Houston metropolitan area without prior arrangement.

Client Responsibilities

• Sort all photos into groups before pickup

• Label each group clearly with a name, date, event, or category of your choosing

• Ensure all photos are loose and not in albums, frames, or binders

• Be available or designate someone to hand off photos at the scheduled pickup time

We are not responsible for errors in organization that result from unclear, missing, or illegible labeling.

Condition of Photos and Liability

We handle all photos with care and respect. By scheduling a pickup, you acknowledge that your photos are provided in their current condition. Let's Be Clear Organizing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, brittleness, fading, or deterioration present before photos are received by us.

In the unlikely event that a photo is damaged or lost while in our possession, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. All clients are required to sign a separate service agreement before we take physical possession of any original photos.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled pickup may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Turnaround Time

We take one client at a time to ensure quality and care. Estimated turnaround time will be provided at

booking. We will communicate with you if any delays occur.

GENERAL TERMS APPLYING TO ALL SERVICES

Scheduling

All consultations and assessments are conducted in person. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation with the date and time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as

possible.

Confidentiality

All information shared with Let's Be Clear Organizing LLC is strictly confidential and handled with care.

Service Area

We currently serve Houston's inner loop, surrounding areas, and North Houston from Spring. Services

outside this area are subject to prior arrangement and may include an additional travel fee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on our

website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance.
